Alignment of visual looks different in desktop and service

I have two guage visuals whose starting Y-axis position is set to 192. Yet they do not look aligned in the PBI desktop:

When I Publish the report, everything looks aligned as shown below:

Why is it looking different in desktop and service ? I tried collapsing the side panels and tried different page views but it still looks misaligned in desktop. Is this a bug ?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can copy and paste the first visual to ensure that the second one is the same size as it.

Then select the two gagues via Ctrl and go to Format tabs--> Align --> Select Align bottom like this:

align bottom.gif

At that time, the two visuals will be aligned at the bottom.

The browser is not at fault as the two visuals look aligned as expected. My question is why in PBI it looks mis-aligned. This should not be the case as I have entered same Y axis value for both the visual.
