is there any way of displaying sum, max, avg and min in one matrix.

If you mean the data under Matrix visual in Power BI, then the answer here is Yes.
Numerical information will be automatically totaled along the bottom and right side of the Matrix. We could take use of Fields and Format part to select if we would like to Sum, max, average and min in one matrix at the bottom, or the right side. For example:
