I have a measure that I want to improve upon. I want to arrive at
sum(Available Minutes Per Provider Per Day)
but I am not sure what DAX expression functions to use to get Available Minutes Per Provier Per Day before summing.
This is my current calculation that works for testing purposes for individual cases, but it starts to break down because the order of operations logic isn't built into it for summing multiple cases.
Net Available Minutes =
(Sum(v_reportingCalendarCalculated[Net Available Minutes])
/
count(v_reportingCalendarCalculated[ProviderId])) * DISTINCTCOUNT(v_reportingCalendarCalculated[ProviderId]) * DISTINCT COUNT(v_reportingCalendarCalculated[Date])
Thank you for your help!
Hi @Anonymous,
Could you please mark the proper answer if it's convenient for you? That will be a help to others.
Best Regards!

@Anonymous
Hi,
Do I miss something? This can be done without a measure if your data looks like this. Could you please post little sample or fields of the table?
Best Regards!
Dale
