Advice on visual management board

Hi all,

Struggling to thinking of a succint way to present information in a format that I have been requested to create. I have data from a number of tables in my model that our team would like displayed in a Lean Manufacturing type visual management board, with a 12 week trend, over multiple sites and measures/KPIs. The only ways I can think of getting it to work is to use individual tables for each row and place them to give the illusion of a single table, or to use indivdual cards to show each value. Would it be better to try and creat a table in Power Query to do the work or am I on the right track already? I assume if I do it in DAX, I'm going to be creating a lot of measures! An example table is shown below.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

@NZCraig if you a create a matrix visual :

site column on rows

week column on columns

measure 1, 2, 3 on on values

and in the formatting pane, turn on "Show on rows" and that will do it.
