Advice on creating this visual

I am trying to create this visual as part of a more extensive dashboard. The visual would be refering to a single employees card that has been drilled down into. Are there any visualisations that could help me achieve this?

    cian404 you can surely use conditional formatting and bring your icons to show the green and nongreen radio boxes based on the value. And in conditional formatting, you can choose to show only icons and not values which will mimic the exact output you have shared.
