Adding dynamic colors to specific column in graph

I would like to add colors to a specific column in my graph something like this:

As you can see it dynamically changes the color. The highest value becomes green, then to orange and then red.

I don't know if this is possible in Power BI.

@Niels_T , You can do that in conditional formatting - scale
