Adding Values when dates differ

I have two tables, with measures to count specific values. These two tables are connected to a third table 'Dates' to pull the different date for the relevant actions. 

The matrix I have then made shows as: 

Date	Measure A	Measure B
Jan	100	40
Feb	200	45

I am then adding the two measures together (Measure A and Measure B), however when doing this the total value does not add up. For example It should be 140 for Jan and 245 for feb in the example given. Why may this happen?

@andrewb95 wondering why you are using COUNTAX, do you have blank USERID

Measure A = CALCULATE ( COUNT ( 'Table 1'[UserId] ), 'Table 1'[ColumnA]="Yes" )

Measure B = CALCULATE ( COUNT ( 'Table 2'[UserId] ), 'Table 2'[ColumnX]="Yes" )

Measure A = COUNTAX(FILTER('Table 1','Table 1'[ColumnA]="Yes"),'Table 1'[UserID])

Measure B = COUNTAX(FILTER('Table 2','Table 2'[ColumnX]="Yes"),'Table 2'[UserID])

Totals = Measure A + Measure B 

The formula's are as above, I have altered the table names for the purpose of security.
