Please advise how to add new rows under the "New Column" feature in Power Bi that would allow you to write dynamic summing functions based on other table information.
i.e.
New Column =
1st Row = CURRENCY(SUM('01 Cost Status Query'[(A) Original Cost Budget]))
2nd Row = CURRENCY(SUM('01 Cost Status Query'[(B) External Change Orders]))
etc.

No. In Power BI desktop, it is not supported to add rows via DAX.
