Add value to column filter

Hello,

 

I have this filter column which contain two values ("YES","NO"), i want to add another value inside this column Named ("All Answers") which group (YES and NO) but i didn't find a solution,any ideas ? you find below an example.

Unfortunately, you cannot rename that option, you can request it as a feature to be added to Power BI here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/

Meantime: have it added to the source.

If you are using this column on a slicer, it already has an ALL option you can turn it on here:

If your table was created using the Enter data Option in Power BI, Right-click on the table > Edit and insert the value for ALL.

IF this was from another source, add it in the source or inform the data source owner to add it for you.

Thank you, i tried to turn on the ALL option on the filter but it shown "Select All" it work great but i want it to be shown as "All Answers" not "Select All" and i can't rename it !

@FZOU , if slicer you have an option for ALL.

But you want what you are showing. Then create an independent table (You can use enter data) with these 3 rows.

And create slicer. Then use the value of this table filter or not filter the data in a measure
