Add rows based on columns

Hi,

I have a table looks like this:

There are 6 extra columns indicating different customer IDs and locations under the same user.

What I would like to achieve is to spit these 6 columns in to three rows, like this:

Not sure because you refer to 3 but also to 6 but unpivot your last 3 columns.

I assumed the column "customer_ids/22" is like "customer_ids/22/region" like the others.
