Add interactive dropdown menu in a table cell in PBi dashboard

Hi,
I would like to add a dropdown menu in each cell of a table column on the PBi dashboard. Also, the dropdown may have 3-4 values to choose from by the user of the dash, not from the table. In the end, after their interaction, I may extrapolate info from that newly added column with the choosable dropdown menu. Would that be possible? If you know a trick to accomplish, please help. This is not possible with Power BI as far as I know

Thanks for the reply. Can we use power apps to accomplish this? If we use that, will the data/inputs be stored in the respective PBI file?
