Add each row with the one column from the row above and display value in new column

Hi everyon,

I am new to PowerBi, but I already spent quite some time with creating reports.

Now I am stuck by calculating each row. During my research I came across EARLIER, etc. 

Maybe someone could help me.

The goal is to add the previous row/column to current row/column and show that value in new column. Basically, adding up each row to next one.

Here is an example, it should be easier to understand what I am trying to create.

I have create a simple sample, please refer to it to see if it helps you.

Add an index column.

Then create 2 columns.

sumvalue = 'Table'[IN]+'Table'[OUT]

result = SUMX(FILTER('Table','Table'[Index]<=EARLIER('Table'[Index])),'Table'[sumvalue])
