Add dynamic index column with DAX code based on value of other column

I have the "Revenue" value and i want to add new dynamic column named "Index" sorted by higher revenue value 
It should to change by selecting others visual filter 
example:

Customer Revenue Index
A              100           4
B              300           1
C              200           3
D              250          2

 

Can you help me?
