Add another column from the source in Data table

Hi All,

I have created reports in Power BI and the data is coming from Jira. I have to create a new report which will look for the "Component" field and give the number of tickets per component. Now the data table I got hasb't got that field as when I tidied up the data in the table then I deleted a lot of fields which didn't make any sense to me that time . Now I have to add a field from the source but I don't want to start from the scratch again as I have built quite a few reports already.

Can anyone please let me know if it's possible to add a field from the source in the data table ?If yes then how this can be achieved?

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks

Hi!
If you go to your dataset and under "More options" select "Edit query" next to your table, you should be able to see what steps you applied when you cleaned the data. There you should be able to change the steps, for example by "undeleting" a column you previously deleted.

Hope this helps! If not, you can try share some screenshots of how your data and query looks so you can get more specific help.
