Add and Subtract Values in and from a Collumn

Hello everyone, 

is there a possibility to Add and Subtract Values inside a Column?

For Example 

	Sales	100
+	Personal	10
=	Sum of all till here	110
-	Purchase	20
+	Other Sales	10
=	Sum of all till here	100
+	Other Sales 2	20
+	Other Sales 3	30
=	Sum of all till here	150

I think the screenshot is the final chart that you want, but could you please show me your original data model, I need to know what kind of data and data model you have, so I can try to find a way to solve your problem.

I gotta ask which Data i am allowed to show and which not because they are really sensetive Data. And i guess i explained it wrong. I dont need added or subtracted data in the Collumn. I need a new row with its subtotals but Power BI isnt doing the Subtotals how i want them to
