Add a reference column in chart to compare with each category

Hello champs, Need you help as I am really stuck with one of the visualization I need to create. I need to add a reference category in column chart to cpmare it with other categories. I need these 2 charts, 1st for perecnt change  of all the years in comparison to 2020 & 2nd total value of all years compare with 2020 (reference year selection in slicer). Value of 2020 will change for each year as there might be few items which are not sold in those years nad vice versa so need to exclude.

I have multiple measures created for other visuals ..data is a bit confidential so can't show the actual data. One I shared is dummy data. In the chart below I want  to compare each year values with selected reference year values (2020). value of 2020 will be different against each each year.
