Add a new column based on several conditions from previous rows

Hello - I'm new with PowerBI and I have run into a problem that is beyond my knowledge: I'd appreciate any help you can give!

My dataset consist in a list of credit and consuption movements of different cards (and user).

Here's an example, related to a single card:

My goal is to identify each time the machines by mistake give credit to the clients (like in row 5).

I was thinking to compute the difference between the "Final credit€" and the one from the previous record (related obv to the same card and user) and; whenever the delta might be different from the "Import€" of the transaction, give this difference as result.

Unfortunately this is far beyond my knowledge, so I'm open to your suggestions!
