Add a description to a Index slicer

Is there a way to add a description beside the index column but, the goal is to keep this sequence asc order, the index is a numeric value and I need to keep this sequence

I need to add some operation process to every single value, and al of of them are dynamic values, I mean that for every production line there are diferent operations, do I need es to do dynamic and concatenate the index with the description and keep the ascending sequenve index
