I have Two Table one have Records and one have Company Names in Records I have Code and Product codes where company receive the Product and then Transfer to Parcel Department where code changed and then next step will take where product status changed to Ready for Delivery than Loaded and in the end product will Delivery its last stage I need to add one more column where apply if product is same then Company Id will add and company code is on top each product where is Mention Company so that code will add in new Column with each step . thansk you can chek the google sheet

You could try using DISTINCTCOUNT function?

yes because same Product Code thats why 1 same Code step is Transfer to Parcel Department which i dont know how to get the Value
