Add a column date with the date of the import

Hello 

I import a bunch of file using Import folder and combine function. What I would like to do is adding the date of the import. 

Let me explain . Each week a new excel file is added in this folder. This file contain volume information. What I would like is when this file is added into the dataset , powerbi would add a Column with the Date of the import. Then I know when this volume have been imported.

Any idea ?

Hi @pilsner08,

If your files are all saved on the same folder and you have on your file name the date, you should import from folder option and don't delete the column with the name file, instead use it to make it your date for that file.
