How do I add Remove Duplicates icon to Reduce Rows section in Home Ribbon?  Thanks.

Should be there by default

The icon is "Remove Rows" , when you select you can chose "Remove Duplicates"

Ah yes, thanks...  I see it in the dropdown now.  And can right click on icon and add it to Quick Access Toolbar.  Thank you!
