Add RLS based on Watermark on matrix table or chart

Hi experts,

For security purpose, i want to add RLS basedon watermark in the table backgraound and other chart background. 

like below picture.

can some guys give me some ideas?

Not currently possible, neither canvas background nor wallpaper allow for a custom coded image

You could use an HTML5 viewer custom control, put it at the end of the z order (ie all the way in the back) and then render an SVG or HTML in that visual according to the USERPRINCIPALNAME().
