Add IF ElSE statemt with Distinct Count

I have a measure as follows;

"Target = var t=SUMMARIZE(Employee,Employee[Employee],"UserDistinct",DISTINCTCOUNT('Date'[StartOfWeekDate]))
return
SUMX(t,[UserDistinct]) * 30"
I need to add an If condition where for some employees I need to multiply by 15 and for others I need to multiply by 30. Please help me with this

Try like : SUMX(SUMMARIZE(Employee,Employee[Employee],"_u",DISTINCTCOUNT('Date'[StartOfWeekDate])),if([Employee] in {"A","B"},[_u]*30,[_u]*15))

Use a variable to assign multiplication value.

For example 

 

var a=IF(SELECTEDVALUE(Query1[Name])="Mark",30,20)
return
SUMX(t,[UserDistinct]) * a
