Add Dynamic Value in Column

Hi,

I want to create a blank column in which user can easily add their comment/values dynamically!

Eg:

I created an empty column using 

My intention is to take dynamic comments from user in comment column

Power bi is a visualization tool, so it can't input data from the user.
There is some workarounds with power apps for it please refer linked tutorial :
