Hi all,
I've run into this problem a few times whilst trying to add a custom column in Power Query editor. Has anyone got a fix for this? I can't type see the right hand side of the box, making code a pain to write.
Kind regards,
Jordan

@Greg_Deckler I do yes, it appears that this is infact the issue and it will be fixed in the October release.
@Anonymous
Working on coding in Formula bar and in the Advanced Editor is another option. Advanced Editor makes it more convenient.

Hi @Anonymous ,
I just tried this at my end, but I don't see such issue.
As sonn as there is no space on 1st link, the cusor by default gows to the 2nd line by allowing me to write the code there.
In the highlighted section below, I continued writing the code and the curson went by-itself to next line.
See below:
Are you on the latest version of Power BI Desktop?
Thanks,
Pragati
Hi @Pragati11,
I know it goes to a second line, but you'll notice that the available columns reaches far into my textbox.
Kind regards,
Jordan
@Anonymous - Do you have an excessively long column name by chance? Scroll down through your list of available columns.
