Accessing a JSON file from a Sharepoint Folder

I have a JSON file that i have validated using an online checker. If i use a the json data connector PowerBi reads this file correctly and converts it to a table.

Now this file, actually resides on a sharepoint site so i have added the sharepoint folder connector, enter the account details, filtered the files to just this JSON file and then clicked on the binary link for content. It adds the steps and then i get the following error.

DataFormat.Error: We reached the end of the buffer.

This is driving me crazy as it is the exact same file! I do click on the previous step and can see the file is 0 bytes, it should be 1.51KB. This would suggest there is an issue with accessing the sharepoint site. So as a test i have accessed a CSV file from the same folder with no issues.

I can't help but think this is a bug? Any suggestions?

And as usually the case, as soon as i post on here i find the answer. I had to delete the PowerBi Cache.

Go to File > Options and Settings > Options > Global > Data Cache Management Options > Clear Cache
