Access to Custom Visualisations

Strange things happening on Desktop getting Custom Visualisations today. The Add button is disabled and briefly shows a tooltip "just a moment logging you in". I can download the sample though.

No problem doing this in Service, so I don't think it's anything I've done. Anyone else experiencing similar ?

I have tested him, and he is normal, but my colleagues also see that some users have the same problem, you can try again, I think some users have been solved.
