Access and Usage Report in Workbench

Hi everyone. Does PowerBi [app.powerbi.com] have a way of showing all people who have been given access to the reports in my workspace? And potentially their usage?   I have about 20 reports now ...

Natarajan_M posted a possible solution on the security/access question yesterday in this thread.

For the usage you can use the 'default' usage metrics report which you can find in the menu of a report in any workspace. It goes back 30 days and no more, however. If you want more longitudinal data on usage, I think you need to go and fetch the usage information through the api's and store them in a datastore yourself and then build your own reports.

I was at a conference talk lately, where Andrea Martorana Tusa presented some options for gathering the data. The slides are publicly available here (in English).

I think these features may not exist for personal workspaces. I don't have them either on my personal workspace.

To manage access permissions your own role in a workspace needs to be of high enough privilege. I think either Member or Admin as per the table on this page.

To view a usage metrics report, you personally, need a PowerBI Pro license or the workspace should be in a Fabric capacity, you need to be able to edit the report and the Fabric admin needs to have enabled the feature (reference).
