Access Unauthorized

We have to publish a report that has two sources, one from SQL DB & from Spreadsheet

There were no errors in the PowerBI gateway for SQL, but we are getting errors while testing on the spreadsheet location.

I checked the privacy settings on the Gateway and Power BI desktop and tried none, private, public, and organizational with no luck. 

also tried clearing data source permissions File-->Options and Settings --> Data Source Settings --> clear permission.

@Anonymous , In the gateway setting, when you give the file path and windows credential. If that is not email mail sure, you give domain\username( to check the name-> right click on my pc and check)
