Acces Web Content Issue

Hello,

I am trying to use my Organizational account to access data from the web however whenever I sign it it says " We couldnt authenticate with the credinetails you provided. Please try again" however the details I am using are correct. Any ideas ?

Hi @Jacks060650 ,

This might be a permission/authentication error. You might need to change the credentials,  go to “File –> Options and Settings –> Data Source Settings”, under “Global permissions”, select data source connections and click on Edit permission in Power BI Desktop, then connect to it and check if it is successful.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket in Power BI Support , Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET", or go to Issue forum  to get further help.

What specific web date are you trying to access? It is possible that it requires another form/methid of authentication.
