Hi
Is it any function which allows you to calculate the absolute value pr row, and then summarize this?
Tried the "Absolut" function, but the outcome is not right
Thnx
Hi @Haroon95
I figure that you should probably refer to the below expression:
Measure = SUMX(Table1,CALCULATE(ABS(MAX([Column1]))))
I’ve created a sample and attached here: https://wicren-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/personal/dinaye_wicren_onmicrosoft_com/Ecz0ysTbu0dJn2JE_wXWF9...
Hi
tried it now, and this error comes up. Think its because I am trying to calculate abs value of a measure, and not a column. My solution was to extract the measure values to excel, sort the data, and then create a new table with the absolute values.
Do you have a way to calculate total abs value for a measure?
Regards.
Hi ,
No need to add Max ahead of the measure name and using SUMX:
Measure 3 = SUMX(Table1,ABS([Measure 2]))
Best regards,
