Hello, we are an enterprise user and have some questions regarding "POWER BI."
We are using Power BI with two different data sources:
Source (1): Importing data from Excel. Source
(2): Importing data from SQL Server.
However, it seems that importing data from SQL Server results in larger Power BI files (pbix) compared to importing from Excel.
So, we would like to confirm if importing from SQL Server always leads to larger Power BI files?

Hi @KellyWang
You could use the Vertipaq Analyzer and hook it to each of the files. It will show you the amount of space each of the columns and tables take up. That might help identify where the difference is.
