API/SDK to get Live data or auto-refresh Power bi embed Direct query using Azure SQL

Hi,

 

I have Azure SQL Db and want to get live data from azure sql db to embeded report in my web site.

I need to know what  API/SQL is available? Do I need to create and maintain dataset in power bi for it?

Couldn't find a clear API for azure sql db here

    Hi mak82pk,

     

    There are special connectors in Power BI Desktop. You can create reports, dashboards in Power BI then embed them in your web site.
