ALM with Power BI datasets

HI all

I am trying to build the following solution:

- I have the primitive power BI datasets located in Data Model workspace and this datasets is being used with other reports for building visuales.

- The report builder will publish his reports to a separate  report workspace.

- I want to be able to use publish and ALM at the same time , in a way that whenever I need to update my visuals , then I will use publish to export my report to the report workspace and on the other hand , whenever I added measures to the data model , I want to use ALM witch is  connected as a target data source to my Data Model workspace.

- I thought this should work , but unfortunately, the ALM can’t find the target data source.

Any suggestions  on how could I solve this or maybe find another approach in which I can update both my visuals and measures in two different data sources.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Nazdac
