I have a tickets table, and I need to count the unresolved requirements by agent and return the result as the agent's name and the number of pending tickets they have to solve.
I have tried several formulas, but I haven't been able to achieve the desired outcome.
CountPending =
ADDCOLUMNS(
zendesk,
"Unresolved", CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(zendesk), zendesk[status] <> "Solved"),
"Assignee", zendesk[assignee]
)
I understand that I should use the ADDCOLUMNS function; however, when I construct the formula, I encounter this error:
ADDCOLUMNS cannot add column [Assignee] since it already exists
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Do you need to explicitly add the count result to your source table? If not, just use the measure:
Not Solved = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(zendesk), zendesk[status] <> "Solved")
And create a visual (table) with the Assignee field and that measure.

Hello!
I did it in this way...
CountPending =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(zendesk),
zendesk[status] <> "Solved" && zendesk[status] <> "Non measurable",
ALLEXCEPT(zendesk, zendesk[assignee])
)
But thank you, I appreciate your time to response me.
Have a good one.
