A tooltip problem. Need a tooltip and can't figure out on Matrix Chart.

Hello People!

So I have a problem, for the life of me I have tried several things and may need an outside perspective. So I have a Matrix Visual and I am wanting to make a tooltip from the Totals section I have on the page to show as you hover over the Item Nbr Section. 

I have a custom tooltip page shown here. 

But the tooltip shows on the right side of matrix and its jumbled up. Can anyone advise how to get this to work? I have tried YouTube but I guess no one has every had this specific issue. IDK. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can't setup the location of the tooltip when you hover on the cells of the matrix or any visualization it will ocupy the space adjacent to the specific cell in order to fit the available space.

Probably I did not understood your question can you explain better what yo want to achieve.

I can try. I mean I had pictures above stating what I wanted to try to do, but I can understand that maybe the words beside it could have been less than legible. SO I wanted to make tootips, appear on the left side of the matrix, not the right side where it shows. Not sure that it matters now, but what I was wanting to do was have the tooltips show up from the square part of this picture where the item number is. 

Where the tooltip shows is on the right side. But now that I see it, I think I am okay with how it looks for now. If there is a way to get it to show, I would at least like to know for future reference.
