A measure that changes what Column it looks at based on Measure Result

I am trying to create a measure that looks at a column based on the current Month.

I have a Data coming into Power BI via an API, that is layed out in the following way (Not the actual table but should give you an idea of the layout):

Job ID	Jan 19	Feb 19	Mar 19	Apr 19
1	100
2	50	100
3	80	60	90
4		70	60
5		80	30
6			70	100
7			90	150
8			100	200
9				95
10				60

So I have a measure that looks at the current Month and puts it into the format the table uses and joins it to the current year, so say its February 2019, the measure returns Feb 19 to match the table column, and this should update when the dashbaord is refreshed in March to Mar 19.  This measure is called Contracts List Month

What I need is a measure that totals up the column of the header dynamicly, so this month it would total up Feb 19, and then Next month when the Contracts List Month Measure updates to Mar 19, it instead totals up that column.

What is the best way of going about this?

Total Measure =
SUMX ( TableName, [Contracts List Month] )
