Is there a map visual (in the store or on the internet) that accurately represents the size according to a certain numbe?
Because now I have everything set up properly and clients that make me 100k a year are just 5 times bigger than clients that make me 1k a year. I want those 1k guys to be barely seen (so that the area of the circle is accurately proportional to the profit numbers).

Default scatter chart in powerbi also has the size option as per the numbers, see below pic, does it not solve your problem?

@Greg_Deckler 's ArcGIS Maps I think is default visual in powerbi now. Please check
@Anonymous , you can control the size of bubble. but that will not help much.
Azure map has more display option - but you need lat long for that
