A different option for excel

Hi guys. I would like to know what option do you use besides Excel and SQL Servers to store your tables?.  I heard about azure but I don't have enough information.

    Two very good options are SharePoint lists and Dataverse for Teams.

    Azure SQL server is available. It is more or less similar to SQL server but hosted in Azure Cloud Storage.
