A circular dependency was detected when get multiple selected value from slicer

I want to find the maximum value from my selected slicer that will not change if it is in a matrix or table.
For example, I choose weeks 44,42.
If the data set only has 42 weeks, the maximum value must be 44. It does not change with the data set.
