3D sumif equivalent
I'm redoing my original question as it wasn't the clearest.
My data set is a very simple table consisting of payment terms (payment due X number of days after stock received) and the % of our suppliers on said payment terms.
The user should then be able input an estimated weekly stock receipt, resulting in a monthly payments due summary.

2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
