32-bit on-premises gateway not available?

One of my clients has an Epicor ERP which using Progress database with only 32-bit ODBC driver available.

In a 64-bit windows server 2016, I installed the 64-bit Power BI Desktop and on-premises gateway.

I can get the data from Epicor in the Power BI Desktop but the gateway failed.

Is there a 32-bit gateway available, or what is a working solution for this case if I need to refresh report data through on-premises gateway?

Hi @j_w,

Currently, the gateway is supported only on 64-bit Windows operating systems. Here is a similar idea shared on Power BI Ideas forum. You can vote it up and add your comments there to improve Power BI on this feature.

Hi, any news on this treat, is it expected that a 32 bit version of gateway will ever be available?

No sorry.  The only gateway is the 64bit version.
