14 days Rolling Average - DAX Measure

Hi Experts

 

How would you work out the 14 day rolling average for sales based on the dates in te FACT Table. I have no DimDate in my mobile just one FACT table.

Try this.

14 Day RA = CALCULATE(AVERAGE(Sum(Measure)),
DATESINPERIOD('Fact Table'[Date], LASTDATE('FactTable'[Date]), -14, DAY))

Hi,

You must create a Dim Date Table.  There should be no reason for not creating a Dim Date Table.

14 Day RA = CALCULATE(AVERAGE(Sum(Measure)),
DATESINPERIOD('Fact Table'[Date], LASTDATE('FactTable'[Date]), -14, DAY))
