1/3 SQL databases is throwing an error when I import in Powert BI. However, everthing works when I use SSMS, I can write and connect with all three databases without issues.
Below is the error message i get:
all 3 databases connect throught the same server and since its all working in SSMS and just 1 not working in BI is just not making sense to me, can someone help?
Hi @Anonymous ,
As you mentioned in SSMS, you can connect to the Azure SQL fine. In Power BI desktop, do you use the same credential to get data?
Please go to the Data Source Settings, find the connection which points to this Azure SQL server, then clear it's credential. Then get data from the Azure SQL, enter the same name as you used in SSMS.
