Сreate report in PowerBI using DAX

I need help to create report - Direction of sailing of vessel : W-E and E-W for year. I have tables with vessels, point departure (latitude),  point departure (longtitude),  point destination( latitude), point destination (longtitude). I don't know how to create pitot table which can calculate this values. This values point departure longtitude,  point destination latitude, point destination longtitude need to be converted to calculate.  

i suggest direction  w-e : point destination lon is fewer than point departure longtitude and result have to be abs(value). Is it?
How to write DAX query for pie chart. What should i do?
