Hi,
Inside a workspace where I have a single lake house, many dataflowstaging options appeared, as the image below illustrates. Even a Dataflowstagingwarehouse and I don't have a warehouse in this workspace.
I remember the dataflow staging feature, but I don't know in Fabric how exactly to control this. How could I know if these objects are really being used by a dataflow ?
The two dataflows I have in the same workspace were created for testing purposes and they are completely empty. Should I consider these objects as an issue and report them in this way ?
Kind Regards,
Dennes
Hi Dennes,
Thanks for the feedback - You can find more details about how Dataflows Gen2 and staging artifacts work in this blog post: Data Factory Spotlight: Dataflow Gen2 | Microsoft Fabric Blog | Microsoft Fabric
Note that we're working towards hiding these staging artifacts in the future, and it is not recommended for users to make direct changes to them (other than those triggered by their use of Dataflows capabilities such as computed entities).
Hope this helps!
