ADF with Fabric Lakehouse files connector error on wildcard search

I am trying to use fabric lakehouse files connector in Azure data factory for some transformations. If I read the single file in source, it works, but when I read multiple files with wildcard,

at Source 'SourceData1MillRowDataSampling': Operation failed: "BadRequest", 400, GET, https://onelake.dfs.fabric.microsoft.com/dae9c95a-b5ce-4c48-b967-e8a31e45aded?upn=false&resource=fil..., BadRequest, "WorkspaceId and ArtifactId should be either valid Guids or valid Names"
