Cube, Rollup and Grouping Set support for Azure openrowset BULK option

Using Cube/Tollup or Grouping sets on Azure SQL with BULK Openrowset results in below error. Are these grouping supported for bulk openrowset?

request to perform an external distributed computation has failed with error "assertion failed: physicalplan::extractplan should only be called after optimization is complete."

Hi ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community.

Since your question relates to Azure SQL Database and OPENROWSET BULK, I recommend posting it in the Microsoft Q&A - Azure SQL Database forum, where experts on SQL and external data queries can assist you.

You can post your query here:
🔹 Microsoft Q&A - Azure SQL Database: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/topics/azure-sql-database.html

If this helps, then please Accept it as a solution and dropping a "Kudos" so other members can find it more easily.

Thank you.
