Connecting Fabric Data Warehouse with Power Automate for Data Retrieval

Hello everyone,

I’m looking to connect my Fabric Data Warehouse with Power Automate and would like to retrieve data from a specific table.

Could anyone provide guidance on how to set up this connection?

Specifically, I’m interested in:

  • The necessary steps to establish the connection.
  • Any specific configurations or settings I should be aware of.
  • Recommendations for best practices to efficiently retrieve data.

Any help or examples would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!!

Hi @JaySiva

The following document describes how to connect to a data warehouse in Fabric. You can see if one or more of these ways are available in Power Automate.

It would be a standard connection from Power Automate to an SQL endpoint.

- This is a premium connector and will require Power Automate Premium license for EVERY user of your flow

- Power Automate is designed for microtransactions, with tiny amounts of data.  The exact opposite of a Data Warehouse.
