This dashboard is intended to analyze data and monitor the recruiting process. It provides Recruiting department with useful information to know what’s happening in their recruiting pipeline. It has 2 pages with 4 main KPIs: total applicants, total hired, total rejected and withdrew during the process.

The key insights the dashboard provide:

1. Summary of the current applicants status in the pipeline in different phases
2. Summary of recruiting results by applicants, total hired, % hired compared by multiple dimensions: recruiting sources, location, job title, …
3. Summary of ratio based on job types and amount of experience
4. Monthly Trend for total applicants, hired and rejected
5. Yearly trend for total applicants, hired and rejected
